An 8 Week Online Gathering
Learn the Basics of Attachment Theory and Polyvagal Theory, Neurodevelopmental Movements and Touch Needed for Forming Secure Attachment, and Somatic Exercises for Healing & Repatterning Your Own Nervous System.

Week 2—May 28—The Felt Sense, Polyvagal Theory & Somatic Exercises for Landing in Your Body
Week 3—June 4—Regulating Your Nervous System, Somatic Practices from Somatic Experiencing,
Week 4—June 11—Coping Strategies vs. Regulating Resources, Self Attunement Attachment Styles—Secure vs. Insecure—Identifying Your Attachment Style and Patterns Attachment and Regulation through Early Needs of Being Held, Touched, and Being Attended to
Week 5—June 18--Attachment Theory & Basic Attachment Needs—Secure vs. Insecure—Identifying Your Attachment Style and Patterns from Infancy

Week 7—July 9—Neuordevelopment and Touch Movement as a Nervous System Organizer & the Effects of Early OverwhelmRepair, Rewire, and Rebuild -- Early Programming Repatterning
Week 8—July 16--Basic Attachment Needs, Regulated Nervous Systems, & Secure Attachment--Healing Towards Secure Attachment with Self and Others
*The content of these circles is based on a compilation of theories and practices drawn from an Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Certificate Training and Somatic Attachment Certificate Training with Dr. Peter Levine, Deirdre Faye, Richard Schwartz, Dr. Dan Siegel, Arielle Schwartz, Dr. Aimie Apigian, Diane Pooele Heller, Pat Ogden, Manuela Mistake-Reeds, & Dr. Ann Weiser Cornell, Scott Lyons (just to name a few!).
*Each Week’s Circle will be recorded so if you are unable to attend live you will be able to access and watch the recording at your convenience during the duration of these gatherings.
Payment Options:
$35 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Supported Access - For those with currently limited financial resources who will benefit from access supplemented by the community.
$45 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Fair Access - For those with sufficient financial resources and who can pay fair value for the experience.
$55 per Circle, Paid Weekly - Rebalancing Access - For those with more than enough financial resources and a desire to support access for others to help rebalance systemic inequity.
Please choose the option that feels appropriate to you and your circumstances.
*You will be responsible for payment of all 8 sessions. No refunds will be offered for missed sessions or for discontinuation of the course.

We are looking forward to gathering for this experience to connect you to your body's intuitive wisdom, find greater regulation in your nervous system and move towards more secure attachment with yourself and others and greater safety in the world.

Kalli is an expressive arts therapist and clinical mental health counselor trained in an eclectic approach to treating mental/emotional health and trauma, including developmental and attachment trauma. Her work is based in Polyvagal Theory, Attachment Theory, Expressive Arts Therapies and Somatic Psychology.
