Expressive Arts Therapy

    Mental Health Counseling

        Restorative Partner Yoga

            Trauma Sensitive Treatment

Healing is real and possible. Suffering does not have to last. I utilize an eclectic therapeutic approach to help clients live authentically, find more peace, and connect more to self and others by increasing awareness and acceptance of emotions, increasing body discernment and somatic mindfulness, and healing trauma to enhance the body/mind/spirit connection.

Feeling better comes through learning to regulate our nervous system through the reprocessing of old trauma, healing attachment wounds, expressing emotions, learning to re-frame negative thoughts, increasing shame resilience, and practicing self-compassion.

Being human is not easy. Making sense out of life's experiences can be confusing and even debilitating. I invite you to find support on this journey. I am honored to work with individuals and support them to find meaning and strength through research based practices which allow relief and renewed confidence in one's self and one's ability to navigate life.

She accompanied the family and provided therapeutic interventions in educational, social, and familial settings. Before traveling in this capacity, she worked as a therapeutic aide and provided psychoeducation and arts therapy, social skills training, mindfulness training, and classroom-wide and individual behavioral assistance at The Rashi School in Dedham, MA.

For several years at Housing Families in Malden, MA, Kalli did therapeutic work with homeless children and parents in the greater Boston area providing play, art, and talk therapies both individually and in groups, including identifying and working through internalized emotions and education about trauma, PTSD, and coping strategies.
