AN 8-WEEK ONLINE GATHERING
YOU DON'T HAVE TO
Explore the parts of you that long for connection, fear rejection, or protect you from being hurt again — alongside a community that gets it.
THE PARTS THAT EMERGE IN RELATIONSHIP
We explore the parts of us that show up in relationship — parts that long for connection, fear rejection, pull away, or protect us from being hurt again. We learn to approach them with curiosity and compassion.
There's something uniquely healing about sitting alongside others who understand — not because their story is identical to yours, but because they know what it means to be human, to struggle, and to want something different. This is a place to learn, connect, be witnessed, and practice new ways of relating. |
